If you’re an animal lover, Rocky Mountain National Park is the place to be! You’ve got a great chance of spotting elk, moose, bighorn sheep, yellow-bellied marmots and pika from June to early September. After April 15th your chances drop to 45%, but they still remain pretty good at 60% in May. In winter your chances are much lower at 5%, but if you’re lucky you might still get a glimpse of some wildlife!
Well, the odds of seeing a moose aren’t great. It’s not like you’ll spot one every day - they’re pretty elusive creatures. But if you’re lucky, and you keep your eyes peeled, there’s a chance you might catch a glimpse of one!
